Self-Assessment Tool: Mind Health Tracker

What is Mind Health Tracker?
The Mind Health Tracker Assessment you are about to complete is designed to be a "lab test" for depression, and has already been used by physicians in the treatment of thousands of patients, including patients treated at UCLA. The Mind Health Tracker was developed with input from members our distinguished Scientific Advisory Board.

How does it work?
You will be asked a series of questions. Like any other medical test, such as serum cholesterol or a blood pressure check, the Mind Health Tracker provides valuable information. Legally it cannot establish a diagnosis, however, and in fact while it is accurate most of the time, it also can be wrong, especially if you have a complicated diagnosis. And of course, it won't work at all unless you answer the questions accurately.

Registration
You can complete the self-assessment without registering and get your results, but until you register, you won't be able to save your results and track your progress over time. Click here to register for Mind Health Tracker.
